Letter Of Intent
Once you have identified the right space, we will help draft a non-binding Letter of Intent outlining your specific needs. Early adopters will gain a first-mover advantage in choosing prime locations with the most favorable lease terms.

Lease Term Agreement
Following the LOI, we will review and finalize the formal Lease Agreement. Backed by Kajima Corporation, The Sankei Building, and Indochina Kajima, our team ensures an efficient and well-supported setup or expansion.

Hand Over
Prior to our opening in Q1. 2027, we will formally hand over your premises. Our commitment to precision craftsmanship reflects Japanese standards in every detail.
